Mary Josephine Wixon, 91, of Cass City, died unexpectedly Friday, August 22, 2003 in her home. She was born November 7, 1911 in Kingston, PA to Stanley and Mary (Toporek) Bielin. She married George J. Fehrenbach January 2, 1954. After his death, she married Glen Wixon September 8, 1973 in Cass City. He died May 30, 1993.
Mary was a member of St. Pancratius Catholic Church and their woman’s council. She enjoyed playing lottery tickets.
Mary is survived by her friends and caregivers, Janet Hurley and Diane Zagorski both of Cass City. She is preceded in death by her husbands, and brother, Stanley Edward Bielin.
Funeral services held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2003 at St. Pancratius Catholic Church, Cass City, with Rev. Steve Fillion of St. Pancratius Catholic Church, officiating. Interment is in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Caro. Memorials may be made to St. Pancratius Catholic Church.
