BETTY WINCHESTER,
77, of Gagetown, died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in her home. She was born January 12, 1936 in Cass City to Frank E. and Vivian Pearl (Coombs) Mosher, Sr. She married Gerald Winchester November 22, 1967 in Cass City.
For several years in the 1950's Betty worked as one of the "Aunts" at the Baptist Children's Home in St. Louis. She later worked for several years at the Cass City IGA. Betty and her husband Jerry were always by each other's side, always together in everything they did.
Betty is survived by her husband, Gerald Winchester; sister, Connie McAlpine of Henderson; brother, Rev. Frank E. (Carol) Mosher, Jr. of Merrill; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother, Joel Mosher; and her parents.
Funeral service held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2013 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Rev. Frank E. Mosher Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Grant Township Cemetery.
