LAWRENCE “LARRY” RICHARD WASSERMAN,
73, of Greenleaf Township, died unexpectedly Friday, March 11, 2022 in his home. He was born December 5, 1948 in Cass City to Matthew and Josephine (Werygen) Wasserman.
Larry graduated from Cass City High School. As a teenager, he spent time working with his father in Greenleaf Garage. Larry was employed by Sebewaing Industries and later for Active Homes, retiring after many years. He enjoyed being a collector of oil cans, coins, old car parts, or anything that caught his eye. When at home, Larry could always be found working and tinkering in his garage. He was a quiet, “happy go lucky” soul always smiling and giving whatever he could to those in need.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Sheila (Adam) Paolucci of Sebewaing; grandsons: Jaden, Blake, and Maverick; sister-in-law, Val Wasserman; nephews: Chris (Karen) Wasserman, Matthew Wasserman; niece, Mary Wasserman; many great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Matthew Wasserman.
