Rev. Dr. James W. Henry 68, of Providence, RI, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 in Bannister House.
He was born February 20, 1939 in Detroit to William and Lucille (Burns) Henry.
Rev. Henry had been an American Baptist Pastor for over 30 years, serving mostly in Rhode Island.
He served at the First Baptist Church of East Greenwich, the North Foster Baptist Church, Foster, RI; and Immanuel Baptist Church of Rochester, New York. He also had been a family counselor for many years.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Laura and Dominick Fulciniti, of Boston, New York; Jessica Henry, of MA; also 3 grandchildren, Francesca, Joseph and Alexander.
According to Rev. Henry’s wishes there will be no visitation.
A graveside service will take place at Elkland Township Cemetery in Cass City, Michigan on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Paul Donelson of Cass City United Methodist Church officiating.
