82, of Deford, died Thursday, August 19, 2021 in Covenant Medical Center Cooper Campus, Saginaw. She was born June 14, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to Charles and Helen Vermeersch.
Mary graduated from St. Charles High School in Detroit. She was employed by various hospitals, working primarily in admissions. Mary’s hobbies include an appreciation of ceramics. She enjoyed playing penny ante poker with nickels, dimes, and quarters. Mary loved dogs, especially her yellow lab, Buddy. She attended St. Michael Catholic Church, Wilmot.
Mary is survived by her brother, John Vermeersch of Deford; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Eugene Vermeersch, Ed Vermeersch.
Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Kranz Funeral Home, Kingston with Deacon Paul Stevens officiating. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery, Wilmot.
