PATRICIA ‘PAT’ ANN SHERMAN 77
Patricia Ann Sherman, 77, of Cass City, died Tuesday, November 22, 2005 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Saginaw. She was born April 21, 1928 in Birmingham to James and Aura (Herr) Teague and Franklin John Stockwell. She married Bruce R. Sherman October 6, 1945 in Novesta Baptist Church.
Pat worked for Walbro, General Cable and Teales Restaurant in Marlette. She enjoyed collecting dolls, working crossword puzzles, traveling and reading and loved spending time with her family, Pat attended LaMotte Missionary Church.
Pat is survived by her husband, Bruce; children: Carol Lynn Ball of Cass City, Michael (Lynn) Sherman of Cass City, Daniel (Dedra) Sherman of Deford; son-in-law, Jerry (Carol) Mathewson of Cass City; grandchildren: Tammy, Yvonne, Alice, Cathy, Karen, Joseph RJ Ball, Jennifer (Larry) Zaphe, Keri Rae Graves, Michael (Alva) Sherman II, Timothy (Susan) Sherman, Daniel (Carrie) Sherman, Joshua Sherman, Tamara (Randy) Reis, William (Jena) Ashbreck, John Ashbreck; 15 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her children: Karen Louise Mathewson in 1981, Patricia Ann Sherman in 1954, Bruce Robert Sherman Jr. in 1949; granddaughter, Donna Mathewson; brothers: Elmer Stockwell August 28, 2005 and Ronald Teague October 28, 2005 and an infant brother.
Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2005 in Kranz Funeral Home Cass City with Pastor Garald Steele and Pastor Gary Butterfield of LaMotte Missionary Church officiating. Interment will be in Novesta Township Cemetery, Cass City. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society. Pallbearers for Mrs. Sherman: Al Sherman, Joe Ball, Mike Sherman, Dan Sherman, Tim Sherman, Josh Sherman.
