BEATRICE S. RANDALL
Beatrice S. Randall, 88, of cass City, died Monday, December 17, 2007 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Saginaw following a short illness. She was born August 24, 1919 in deford to Charles and Margaret (Hunt) Tedford. She married Homer M. Randall June 8, 1938 in deford. He died June 9, 1997.
Bea retired from Walbro after 19 years of service. She and Homer lived in Roscommon for 21 years before moving back to Cass City. While there she was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and was very active in the local Senior Citizen programs taking part in a band that entertained groups in the area. Beatrice enjoyed putting puzzles together, crocheting and playing cards, especially pinochle. She was a member of Novesta Church of Christ.
Beatrice is survived by her children: Janice Neal of fairgrove, Art (Helen) Randall of cass City, Ron (Pat Konke) Randall of Pigeon; grandchildren: Edward Neal II, Scott Neal, Brent (Judy) Neal, Bridgett Randall, Padgett (James) vanhoutteghem, Richard Randall, Michael (Shannon) Randall; great grandchildren: Edward (Nicole) Neal III, Shawn Neal, Mitchell Neal, Scott Neal II, Renee (Andy) Frank, Richard (Ashley) Oliver, Chance Randall, Austin Esch, Braden Esch, Logan vanhoutteghem, Grace vanhoutteghem, Nicolas Randall, Lindsay, Ethan, Hunter and Cody; sister, Agnes Schultz of Caseville; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sons: infant, Gary M. Randall and Garry H. Randall; son-in-law, Edward Neal; brothers: Bill, Ike, and Lester Tedford; sisters: Edith Gage, Maude Brock, Lena Barrons.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2007 in Novesta Church of Christ with Chuck Emmert, officiating. Interment will take place in the spring in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City. Pallbearers for Mrs. Randall: Richard Randall, Michael Randall, James VanHoutteghem, Edward Neal Jr., Scott Neal, Brent Neal.
