ANN MARIE PUTNAM
Ann M. Putnam, 60, of Reese, died Tuesday, November 6, 2007 in her home with her family at her side. She was born March 26, 1947 in Kingston to Walter and Elizabeth (Laszlo) Zajac. She married Clifford Allen �"Al” Putnam July 27, 1968 in Caro.
Ann graduated from Kingston High School and then attended Central Michigan University for two years studying Art. She worked for the United States Post Office in Gilford as a Post Master Replacement for over 13 years. Ann enjoyed gardening and had fabulous gardens. She bowled on leagues in Richville and Caro for over 30 years. She loved to sew, quilt, can and paint. Ann and Al fished and hunted together for over 30 years. Ann was a very giving person.
Ann is survived by her husband, Al Putnam; children: Todd Putnam of Rawlins, WY, Troy (Elizabeth) Putnam of Zeeland, Traci (Shane) Jones of Caro; grandchildren: Logan, Tyler, Olivia, Samantha, Nichole, Christopher and Ryan; mother, Elizabeth Zajac of Kingston; sister, Alice Zajac of Kingston; brothers: Walter E. (Hilda) Zajac of Kingston, Edwin Zajac of Kingston; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Walter Zajac.
Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2007 in Kranz Funeral Home Kingston with Rev. George Harmon officiating. Interment will be in Kingston Cemetery, Kingston.
