JUSTIN JOHN PRESLEY,
27, of Cass City died suddenly from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident Saturday, January 28, 2012 in Cass City. He was born July 5, 1984 in Saginaw to Rhonda Richardson and Kermit Presley.
Justin graduated from Cass City High School in 2003. He attended Michigan Career Technical Institute in Plainwell studying Culinary Art. Justin worked for Erla's Food Center in Cass City in the Meat Department for two years during high school and then after completing his study at MCTI he worked at Erla's again as a stock person for about four years. Justin loved to help out. He volunteered at Videomation and on Tuesdays and Fridays he volunteered in the store with Revive Ministries. He also helped with the Revive Ministry food drives. Justin was an avid reader. He loved biographies, thrillers and books about trivia and history. Justin also loved music. He listened to Classic Rock and could tell you what group was singing when a song came on the radio. Many people knew Justin from seeing him ride around town on his scooter. Justin was a member of the Caro First Baptist Church. He loved his cat, Dexter and his dog Maggie and often took her on walks and to watch his brother's games. Justin was a great big brother and loved his brother, Jacob very much.
Justin is survived by his parents: Rhonda and Brian Wright of Cass City; brother, Jacob Wright of Cass City; father, Kermit Presley of New Baltimore; half-brother, Joel Presley of Mt. Holly, New Jersey; half-sister, Leah Presley of Hermitage, TN; aunts and uncles: John (Karen) Richardson of Mt. Clemens, Kevin Richardson of Bad Axe, Pastor Chuck (Diane) Richardson of Stanwood, Linda (Kerry) Borodychuk of Grayling, Judy (Tom) Gould of Sebewaing, Randy (Carol) Wright of Cass City; grandparents: Kermit and Mary Presley; many cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: John "Jack" and Hazel Richardson and Harry and Isabell Wright.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 2, 2012 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Pastor Ron Wigand of Caro First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery. Pallbearers for Justin will be: Charles Richardson, Christopher Richardson, James Hayes, Jake Piaskowski, Amanda Wright and Matthew Richardson.
