Paul Allen Nicholas

PAUL ALLEN NICHOLAS,
54, of Cass City, died Monday, September 9, 2019 in his home following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born June 4, 1965 in Cass City the youngest of nine children born to Floyd and Martha (Preba) Nicholas.

Paul graduated from Cass City High School. He worked for many companies throughout his career in commercial construction. Paul had a reputation as a hard worker and took pride in his work. His fondness for outdoor sports included the occasional round of golf and snowmobiling in the Upper Peninsula. Paul loved fishing and hunting especially for deer, geese and ducks.

Paul is survived by his siblings: Judy (Larry) Merchant of Cass City; Dan Nicholas of Cass City; Mary (Richard) Tate of Cass City; Ken (Sally) Nicholas of Cass City; Rose (James) Apley of Cass City; Terry (Melinda) Nicholas of Cass City; sister-in-law, Linda Nicholas of Sanford; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Eugene Nicholas, Les Nicholas.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Brad Speirs of Novesta Church of Christ, Cass City officiating. Memorials may be made to Rawson Memorial Library. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery.
