Florabell M. Neiman, 78, of Cass City, died Saturday, June 7, 2003 in her home after a short illness. She was born January 10, 1925 at home in Elmwood Township to John W. and Lila (Stone) Wright.
Florabell attended County Normal for one year. She worked as a short order cook at the Eat Shop in Cass City for many years and at restaurants in Bay City. Florabell attended the Ellington Church of the Nazarene. She loved to play games like Bingo, dominoes and euchre. She enjoyed needlepoint on plastic canvas, crocheting afghans, cooking baking, gardening, watching birds and especially traveling.
Florabell is survived by her children: M. Ilene (Gilbert) Radick of Cass City, James W. Neiman of Englewood, CO; grandchildren: Christopher, Jessica and James; great granddaughter, Aubrey; sister, Cora; other special children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.;
Funeral services held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2003 at Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City, with Rev. Ronald E. Comfort of Ellington Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Interment is in Watrousville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Family Discretionary Fund.
Visitation: 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2003
