Joan Darlene Navarro (Auvil)

JOAN DARLENE NAVARRO,
76, of Cass City, died following a lengthy illness, Monday, February 24, 2020 in Masonic Pathways, Alma. She was born July 3, 1943 in Pigeon the second of four children born to Dellit and Kathleen (Roberson) Auvil. Joan married Ronald Fee on July 10, 1961. He died May 1984. Years later she married Julius Navarro.

Joan graduated from Cass City High School in 1961. She worked at Sutter’s Bakery for over 20 years. Joan’s green thumb was evident in the care and beauty of her flower garden. She enjoyed bowling in the Cass City Friday Mixed Doubles League and the Tuesday Ladies League. Joan loved trying her luck in casinos. Most precious to her was spending time with her grandkids.

Joan is survived by her daughters: Ronda (Mike) London of Cass City; Missy (Mike Cryderman) Fee of Cass City; sisters: Betty Palmer of Caro; Dale (Tom) Kelly of Caro; brother, Chuck (Chris) Auvil of Saginaw; four grandchildren: Chandler, Marisa, Laken, Samantha; one great-granddaughter, Olivia; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Fee; brother and sister-in-law, Victor and Wanda Kaufmann; brothers-in-law: Todd Toner, Wil Palmer; niece, Christy Hill; father and mother in-law, O’Dell and Melba Fee.

Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2020 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Sam Leppert, Funeral Service Celebrant officiating. Memorials may be made to Kranz Funeral Home for the benefit of the family. Pallbearers for Joan will be: Mike Cryderman, Mike London, Bryan Toner, Brett Toner, Brandon Toner, Chandler Cryderman.
