NANCY ANN URBAN

 Nancy A. Urban, 74, of Cass City, died Wednesday, July 31, 2024 in Huron County Medical Center, Bad Axe. She was born November 9, 1949 in Cass City to Thomas and Margaret (Keel) Creason. She married David F. Urban on January 15, 1972 in St. Pancratius Catholic Church, Cass City. He died July 18, 2022.

 Nancy graduated from Cass City High School in 1967. She attended beauty school in Owosso. Nancy was a homemaker, cleaned area businesses, and delivered for Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed camping in Niagara Falls, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, New York, Canada, and various locations in Michigan, especially Mackinaw Island. Nancy was a member of The Good Sam Club. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, leisurely car rides. 

 Nancy is survived by her children: Todd Urban of Cass City; Ann (Chris) Zettel of West Branch; Joe (Kimberly) Urban of Sebewaing; seven grandchildren: Erica, Amber, Leah, Nathanael, Maddison, Rebekah, Sarah; brother, Jerry Creason; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, David; brothers: Robert Creason, Bill Creason; sister: Janet Church, Rebecca Halaz. 

 Funeral service held 11:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2024 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Pastor Marc Herron of First Baptist Church of Caro officiating. Interment will be in Grant Township Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels.
