MARIA LOUISE MUTART,
67, of Sandusky, formerly of Kingston, died Sunday, November 8, 2009 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Saginaw. She was born March 20, 1942 in Detroit to Anthony and Theresa (Tundo) Paladino.
Maria’s first passion was her family, especially all of her grandchildren. She loved playing BINGO, visiting the casinos, attending garage sales and working on crafts. Maria was an antique and resale collectible dealer for many years, owning and operating several Resale shops throughout the years. For several years she worked as a Real Estate agent downstate. She was a very active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Kingston, serving as a Certified Independent Christian Clergy. Maria was an active participant in the annual Kingston Days Community Church Service.
Maria is survived by her children: Tina (Paul) Barron of Pulaski, TN, David (Kathy) Mutart of Chesterfield, Lisa (Mark) Sefton of Mackinac City, Gary Mutart of Oklahoma, Kellie (Richard) Prowse of Midland; 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; special friend, Fred Mutart of Harbor Beach; brothers: Anthony (Sharon) Paladino of Lexington, Joe (Cheryl) Paladino of Michigan; sisters: Susan (John) Barnett of Troy, Jeanette (Russ) Hadley of Troy; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Renee Pardee.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 12, 2009 in Kingston United Methodist Church with Robert Miller, Independent Christian Clergy, officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Vassar. Pallbearers for Maria: Larry Pardee, Dan Sefton, Joe Sefton, Jacob Mutart, Zachary Mutart, Christian Prowse, Nick Barron, Brandon Prowse.
