PATRICIA A. MILLS,
90, of Cass City, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021 in Timberline Lodge Assisted Living Facility of Caro. She was born January 29, 1931 in Wyandotte to Thomas F. and Margaret M. (McIntosh) Cox. She married Donald Parsons Mills on August 4, 1950. He died December 31, 2010.
Patricia graduated in 1950 from A.E. Smith High School in Riverview where she was known as an accomplished artist. Patricia raised seven children and was a Cub Scout Den Mother, cared for many orphaned animals, and still made time for painting, gardening, and enjoying her grandchildren. She left many treasures for her family to remember her by.
Pat is survived by her children: Donald W. (Ellen) Mills of Palms; Danny (Linda) Mills of Caro; Dale (Judy Martin) Mills of Cass City; Valerie Hudson of Cass City; Douglas (Roxann) Mills of Watertown, SD; Virginia L. (Scot) Buschlen of Owendale; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald P. Mills; son, David A. Mills; daughters-in-law, Rosemary Mills and Carol Mills.
Graveside service held 11:00 a.m. May 22, 2021 in Novesta Township Cemetery with Austin Keller of Ubly Christian Church officiating. Memorials may be made to Timberline Lodge Assisted Living of Caro. Family and friends may share memories, prayers, and photos at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
