Dolores M. McCloskey, 84, of Imlay City, formerly of Cass City, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008 in Lapeer Regional Hospital, Lapeer. She was born April 5, 1924 in Detroit to William and Bernice V. (Brzeziski) McCloskey.
Lori worked for Fanny Farmer in Detroit for many years. She was a member of St. Pancratius Catholic Church. Lori enjoyed old time movies, reading, listening to music and dancing.
Lori is survived by her sister, Winifred Doncea of Imlay City and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gerald McCloskey; and sister, Isabel McCloskey.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 4, 2008 in St. Pancratius Catholic Church with Rev. Stephen J. Fillion officiating. Interment will be in St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights. Memorials may be made to St. Pancratius Catholic Church. Family and friends may share memories, prayers and stories with the family at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
