ROBERT GEORGE LOWE Robert G. Lowe, 72, of Snover, died suddenly Saturday, May 28, 2005 in Hills & Dales General Hospital, Cass City. He was born December 17, 1932 at home in Argyle Township to James Hudson and Norma (McAllister) Lowe. He married Wenola M. Helwig May 19, 1956 in Cass City. Bob worked about ten years for Active in Marlette; about twenty years plastering for Frank Chippi and was a Dairy Farmer his entire working life. He was a former member of the Ubly Fox Hunters Club and a member of the Michigan State Fox Hunting Club. Bob enjoyed deer, fox and coyote hunting. He loved his hound dogs. Bob recently built a coyote pen for his dogs called Six L’s Pine Tree Pen. Bob is survived by his wife, Wenola; children: Ed (Nancy) Lowe of Snover, Ken (Mari) Lowe of Cass City, Alan Lowe of Snover, Sharon (Marc) Fruhner of East Pointe, Gary (Tammy) Lowe of Snover, Sally (William) Pregande of Cass City; grandchildren: Amanda Lowe, Melissa (Michael) Peake, Jonathon Lowe, Jill Lowe, Kari Lowe, Kevin Lowe, Kyle Lowe, Michael Fruhner, Kaitlyn Fruhner, James Lowe, Jennifer Lowe, Lindey Lowe, Darrin Howard, Sarah Howard; great grandchildren: Michael, Eddie, Justin, Joshua and Brian Peake; brothers: Keith (Mary Ann) Lowe of Deford, Gerald (Arlene) Lowe of Deford, Dean (Anna) Lowe of Saginaw, Elaine (Russell) Hillaker of Cass City, Georgene (Clare) Brown of Ubly, Dale Lowe of Snover, Linda (Elwyn) Helwig of Cass City; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Orwood Lowe. Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2005 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Chuck Emmert of Novesta Church of Christ officiating. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association. Interment is in Elkland Township Cemetery. Pallbearers for Mr. Lowe are his grandsons: Jonathon Lowe, Kevin Lowe, Kyle Lowe, Michael Fruhner, James Lowe, Darrin Howard.
