Donna Lee Finkbeiner Lindfors, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Gagetown, died Sunday, June 26, 2005 in her daughter Debra’s home. She was born April 30, 1939 in Detroit to Richard and Dorothy (Malkins) Dennison. She married Karl Lindfors June 10, 1995 in St. Helen.
Donna cleaned houses in Cass City for 20 years. She owned and operated Donna’s Restaurant in Owendale for six years. She was a caregiver in the Mt. Pleasant area. Donna loved gardening, scrapbooking and her grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her husband, Karl; son Duane Guest of Texas, daughters: Tami (Thomas) Rinnert of Gagetown, Debra (Robert) McClorey of Cass City; grandchildren: Brad Guest, Thomas Rinnert, Nickie Rinnert, Robert McClorey, William McClorey, Kyle McClorey; step-children: Bryan (Jennifer) Lindfors, Britt (Craig) Price; step grandchildren: Jonathon Lindfors, Nathan Lindfors; Brendan Price; special niece, Janice Dennison; many nieces and nephews; former husband, Gerald Finkbeiner. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Erik McClorey; brothers: Richard Dennison and William Dennison.
Memorial service held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 2 in Owendale United Methodist Church with Rev. John Heim officiating.
