JEANETTE MARGARET LANGENBURG Jeanette M. Langenburg, 77, of Cass City, died Thursday, June 23, 2005 in her home. She was born April 5, 1928 in Harbor Beach to Raymond and Clara (Wruble) Gonwicha. She married Louis Langenburg January 22, 1949 in Caro. He died September 16, 1990. Throughout her life she held a variety of jobs including working at the Cass City Hardware store and Cass City Public Schools, where she drove bus and retired in May, 2005 as a member of the kitchen staff. Jeanette was a lifelong member of St. Agatha Catholic Church in Gagetown and for a period of time taught catechism. She loved to garden; and enjoyed crocheting, bird watching, and woodworking. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Jeanette is survived by fifteen of her sixteen children: Rita (Robert) Rockwell of Cass City, Barbara Langenburg of Livonia, Lewis Langenburg of Howell, Sally (Kenneth) Nicholas of Bad Axe, Jenny (Karl) Zawilinski of Cass City, Henry (Kelly) Langenburg of Snover, Ann (Anthony) Koosis of Houston, TX, Evelyn (Jeff) Minard of Snover, Susan (John) Kappen of Cass City, Brenda (Steven) Reeves of Loveland, OH, Valerie (Christopher) Peters of Cass City, Joseph (Colleen) Langenburg of Cass City, Leigh (Sharon) Langenburg of Ubly, Michael (fiancé Heather Shaft) Langenburg of Cass City, William Langenburg (fiancé Christa Elsey) of Virginia Beach, VA; 39 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Walter (Nathalie) Gonwicha of Highland; sisters: Eleanor Page of Livonia, Odelia (Ben) Heilig of Memphis, Agnes (Don) Lute of Northville, Genevieve (John) Lentovich of Naples, FL, Millie (Louis) Fox of Farmington, Lorraine (Dave) Herrington of Parma; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by infant daughter, Kathryn; brothers: Elmer & Ernie Gonwicha; sisters: Blanche Houghton, Gladys Semenuk, Florence Dziuba, and Leona Heilig. Scripture service Monday, June 27, 2005 at 7 p.m. in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City. Visitation will be held at Kranz Funeral Home in Cass City, Sunday, June 26, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday, June 27, 2005 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Final viewing is at St. Agatha Catholic Church in Gagetown on Tuesday, June 28 from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral Mass will immediately follow with Rev.
