Julianne Booth, 78, of Cass City died peacefully in her home on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. She was born April 4, 1946 in Detroit to Russell and Marie (Ksiazkiewicz) McDougall. She married Patrick Michael Booth on March 1, 1986 in St. Clair Shores.

Julie loved being in the company of her family and friends. Nothing brought her more joy than cheering for her grandchildren. She will always be their number one fan. Julie exhibited kindness to all, was a loyal friend, a great advice giver, and an amazing listener. She had a quick wit and the best sense of humor; she also faced every challenge with strength, grace, and patience. Julie’s love was the greatest gift. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and great aunt who will be missed by many.

Julie is survived by her loving husband, Patrick Booth of Cass City; daughter, Shauna (Hart) Haire of Plainwell; sisters: Doris Florka of Clinton Twp., Kathy (Paul) Black of Lapeer, Janet (Mike) Lieckfelt of Stanwood, Janice (Steve) Zigich of Hubbard Lake; sister-in-law, Joyce McDougall of Macomb; brother, Gary (Andrea) McDougall of Almont. Her beloved grandchildren: Emmett Haire and Laila Haire of Plainwell. She is preceded in death by her parents; her mother-in-law, Doris Booth; sister Joan Lines; brothers, Larry McDougall, Robert McDougall; sister-in-law, Jacqueline Miller; brother-in-law, Stan Florka.

 Respecting Julianne’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
