As the parents of Brooke Marie Hibdon we are sad to announce that our daughter took her last breaths, Friday, July 8, 2011 in our arms at home. Brooke was born May 30, 2011 in University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI. As Brooke’s parents, Lisa (Wallace) and Brian Hibdon, we thank you for your prayers and for sharing our sorrow.
Brooke will also be missed by her brother, Reid Wallace Hibdon; grandparents: Deborah and Mike Hibdon of Warren, Richard and Judy Wallace of Cass City; aunts and uncles: Karen and Kevin Wagg of Brighton, Kelly and Scott Hurford of Attica, Andrea Wallace of Rochester Hills, Dawn and Troy Licari of Macomb Township; cousins: Jennifer Wagg, Zachary Wagg, Grant Hurford, Jenilee Hurford; great grandparents: Irene Hibdon of Shelby Township, Donna Warrington of Argentine, Naomi Wallace of Cass City. Brooke is preceded in death by her cousin, Cayla Hurford; great grandparents: James Hibdon, Gilbert Warrington, Alice and Clifford Priestley, Raymond Wallace.
A private funeral service for Brooke will be held at her graveside in Elkland Township Cemetery with Rev. Jackie Roe of Cass City United Methodist Church officiating. Her body will be buried in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City next to her cousin, Cayla. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor, 1600 Washington Heights, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
