RANDELL LEE HIATT
Randell L. Hiatt, 55, of Cass City, died unexpectedly Sunday, February 26, 2006 in his home. He was born April 3, 1950 in Tacoma, WA to Robert Donald and Elizabeth Jean (McGregor) Hiatt.
Randy graduated from Cass City High School. While in high school he participated in Track, setting school records. Randy played in a band throughout high school. He was a fine guitar player and also enjoyed writing songs. He was recently baptized at Colwood United Brethren in Christ Church in Caro.
Randy is survived by his children: Ashley Chapelo of Caro, Jesse Rader of Cambridge, MA, Alex Hiatt of Cass City, Ivy Hiatt of Cass City; grandchildren: Dalton Michael Peet, Ashton John Chapelo; brother, Ken (Donna) Hiatt of Taylors, SC; niece, Heather Hiatt; nephews: Justin, Jordan and Zachary Hiatt. He is preceded in death by his parents and two infant siblings.
Funeral service held 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 3, 2006 in Kranz Funeral Home Cass City. Memorials may be made to Family Discretionary Fund. Interment is in Elkland Township Cemetery. Family and friends may share memories, prayers and stories with the family at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
