Gary L. Healy, 57, of Akron, died unexpectedly Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at his home. He was born September 16, 1953 in Pontiac to Orville and Geraldine (Cannell) Healy.
Gary was an OR Technician in the U.S. Navy. He was an avid sports fan. Gary enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Yvette (Kyle) Brink of Sebewaing; stepson, Robert Arnold of Sebewaing; grandchildren: Veronica Brink, Caleb Brink; brothers: Dennis Healy of Caro, Larry (Carol) Healy of Caro; step sisters: Judy (Tom) Rehmus of Essexville, Jane (Ken) Peddler of Caseville; niece, Leslie Healy. He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Geraldine Healy; step mother, Helen Healy; step brother, Ronald Gretz.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 15, 2010 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Rev. Daniel Hahn of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sebewaing officiating.
