JOSEPH MICHAEL GYOMORY
41, of Columbiaville, formerly of Kingston, died unexpectedly Wednesday,
February 13, 2019 in his home. He was born February 15, 1977 in Caro to L. John and Catherine (Sefton) Gyomory.
Joe graduated from Kingston High School with the class of 1995. Since 2005 he has worked as a process technician for ZF Lemforder Corporation of Lapeer. Known as a jokester, Joe loved to goof around and play practical jokes. He spent time riding four wheelers and building remote control cars. Joe played guitar and was a member of the local band, So Much For Simple. He enjoyed marksmanship and target shooting with his guns. Joe was a great dad to his children, he took them everywhere and was always involved in all of their activities. He loved spending time with his kids and the neighbor kids, racing remote cars on the track he made in his frontyard.
Joe is survived by his son, Greysen Lyric Gyomory; his daughter, Livi Blue Gyomory; sister, Bethany (Kieran Ecker) Gyomory of Davison; brother, Kenny Holden of Caro; mother, Cathy (Randy) Whalen of Baldwin; grandmother, Helen Sefton of Kingston; special friends and neighbors, Lance and Vicki Fritch of Columbiaville. He is preceded in death by his father, L. John Gyomory; grandparents, Louis and Mary Gyomory.
Memorial service held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Sam Leppert, Funeral Service Celebrant officiating.
