JENNIFER ANNE GIBSON,
41, of Silverwood, died unexpectedly Monday, December 27, 2010 in Dayton Township. She was born November 1, 1969 in Southfield to Robert and Andrea (Hayford) Diegel. She married Ronald R. Gibson, Jr. February 23, 2001 in Caro.
Jen loved to travel. She particularly loved the beauty of the mountains. She enjoyed stopping at garage sales and truly enjoyed and used her creative side in her scrapbooking. But Jenny’s greatest love was being a mother, homemaker and especially being a grandmother.
Jenny is survived by her husband, Ronald R. Gibson, Jr.; children: Jessica Gibson of Clinton Township, William “Billy” Gibson of Mt. Clemens; grandson, Trevor Zablocki and her first granddaughter due in May; sister, Keri (Nick) Yacos of West Virginia; father-in-law, Ronald Ray Gibson of Silverwood; mother-in-law, Connie Marie Baker of ElPaso, TX; brother-in-law, Scott (Michelle) Lage of Silverwood. Jenny’s memory will also be cherished by her great extended family including, but not limited to, her aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces,and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Diegel and her grandmother, Helen Hoffman.
Funeral service held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2010 in Kranz Funeral Home, Kingston with Sr. Maria Dina Puddhu, MC, of St. Pancratius Catholic Church officiating.
