BONNIE JO GABLER
Bonnie Jo Gabler, 55, of Cass City, died suddenly Tuesday, November 9, 2004 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was born March 21, 1949 in Lebanon, PA to William and June (Gundrum) Perlaki.
Bonnie worked for Deckerville Plastics since 1988. She was a former member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Cass City and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Marlette. She was a former Sunday school teacher. Bonnie enjoyed crocheting, knitting, needlepoint and reading. She loved gardening especially her flower gardening. She liked watching movies and using her computer. Bonnie was very talented. When she made her mind up to do something, she’d get it done.
Bonnie is survived by her children: Laura (Earl) Bennett of Hinesville, GA, Amy (Michael) Miller of Marlette, Andrew Romberger of Cass City, Jeremy Gabler of Cass City; grandchildren: Alexandrew, Erica and Jeremiah Miller; step-grandchildren: Tawanda and Terrance Bennett; parents, William and June Perlaki; siblings: Mary (Larry) Trewyn of Clinton Township, William (Robin) Perlaki of Reading, PA, Martin Perlaki of Jackson, MI, James (Kelly) Perlaki of Lebanon, IN; Beth (Allen) Minder of Toledo, OH; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her niece Lyndsae Perlaki.
Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2004, in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Cass City with Rev. Eric Kilmer of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Marlette and Rev. Gerald Meyer of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City. Memorials may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church �- School Fund. Pallbearers for Bonnie are: Andy Romberger, Tom Ferguson, Mike Miller, Jim Perlaki, Bill Perlaki and Joel Perlaki.
