MARY ELIZABETH FREDERICK
Mary Elizabeth Frederick, 86 of Caro, died Tuesday September 20, 2005 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Saginaw. She was born August 4, 1919 in Flushing to Robert and Elta McHugh Dobson. She married Peter Frederick, Jr. July 6, 1940 in Cass City. He died April 1, 1990.
Mary enjoyed sewing, quilting, and gardening. She also enjoyed visiting with her neighbors and friends.
Mary is survived by her children; Richard W. (Norma L.) Frederick of Caro, Carol Frederick, Kathy (Ricky) Rope of Imlay City; 15 grandchildren: 13 great grandchildren; brothers: Robert Dobson and Wendall Dobson, sister, Vera (Stuart) Nicol. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Brenda Kalka, sister Thelma Ballentine, brother, John Dobson.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2005 in Kranz Funeral Home Cass City with Rev. George Ward of Cass City United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City. Memorials may be made to Tuscola County Medical Care Facility.
