78, of Warren, died Friday, May 25, 2012 in William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. She was born February 28, 1933 in Bad Axe to Hazen and Ella Mae (Nicolai) Kritzman. She married Carmen Flatt. He died April 21, 1987. Shirley married Lloyd McNabb in 1995.
Shirley worked as the office manager at the Galeana Dodge Dealership for 38 years.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Lloyd McNabb; brothers: Bob Kritzman and Dean Kritzman; step children, Ken and Marilyn McNabb.
Funeral service held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at her graveside in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City with Debra L. Kranz, Funeral Service Celebrant officiating. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City. Memorials may be made to American Kidney Fund.
