STEFANIE SOPHIA DAVISON
Stefanie (Stella) S. Davison, 79, of Caro, died Friday, May 9, 2008 in Caro Community Hospital, Caro. She was born May 9, 1929 in Hamtramck to Walter and Stefanie (Dombrowski) Bratkowski. She married Ray J. Davison June 25, 1948 in Utica. He preceded her in death January 16, 1998.
Stefanie was a bus driver for Utica Community Schools for 33 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and American Legion Auxiliary Post 7 in Caro. Stefanie enjoyed traveling and crocheting, and loved to fish.
Stefanie is survived by her two daughters: Karen (Jacob) Dasho of Kingston, Debra (Walter) Kaltz of Caro; grandchildren: Stefanie (Mark) Fielder, James Kaltz, Jennifer Kaltz; great grandchildren: Amanda and Christopher; twin sister, Helen Fulks of Sterling Heights, many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sisters: Eleanore Thomas, Delephine Schroeder; brothers: Walter, Edward, Arthur, and Joe Bratkowski.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2008 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Caro with Rev. Dennis Kucharczyk officiating. Interment will be in Indianfields Township Cemetery.
