Kranz Funeral Home is committed to serving families and our communities by providing compassionate, gentle care in any way possible. As we continue to monitor the reports of the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and the ever changing guidelines from the CDC, from the National Funeral Directors Association, as well as our State and Federal governments; we want to assure you that we remain committed to serving you and your loved ones. Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-11 prohibits the assemblage of more than 50 people in an indoor shared space for the next eight weeks.

We firmly believe that viewing, honoring, and saying goodbye to the deceased loved one is important and necessary for grieving and mourning families and their friends. The current health situation of the Nation should not prevent families from meeting their immediate needs. We are all in this together and this requires flexibility.

During this evolving health situation, the safety and well-being of your family, our families and our employees is our main priority. We greatly care about our communities and want to do our part to keep you healthy, keep our employees healthy and help minimize the spread of the virus. We stand ready and will continue to perform our professional obligations and duties, as funeral directors, in any capacity that best meets the needs of you and your family during this pandemic. As always, please contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have.
