CINDY MARIE BROOKS

     Cindy M. Brooks, 67, of Clifford died Thursday, April 17, 2025 in Medilodge of Cass City. She was born December 12, 1957 in Yale, MI to Lloyd and Jane (Collins) Friday. She married Ronald Brooks on June 17, 1991 in Sandusky.

     Cindy graduated from Kingston High School in 1976. She was a stay-at-home mother, raised her children, and later worked for Marlette Adult Foster Care. Following her time as a caregiver, she was employed by the LEAR Corporation as an assembly line worker. Cindy’s hobbies usually involved art such as crocheting, painting, coloring, and attending craft shows. She also enjoyed playing Phase 10 and Uno, which she always managed to win. Cindy was an active, loyal member of the Clifford Baptist Church. She always looked forward to the weekly Wednesday women’s group.

      Cindy is survived by her husband, Ron; her son, Dave (Deb) Friday of Caro; grandchildren: Sara (Todd) Rowley of Bad Axe, Robert Kula of Bad Axe; her sister, Shannon Beatty of Croswell; brothers: Lloyd (Kelly Sue) Friday, Jr. of Bad Axe, David Friday of Zephyr Hills, FL; Brian (Kim) Friday of Vass, NC; Craig Friday of Bad Axe, Joseph Friday of Largo, FL; Kelly Friday of Bad Axe; several nieces and nephews; her beloved poodle-shih tzu, Zoe. She was preceded in death by his daughter, Loretta Kula.

     A memorial service will be held at a date and time to be announced in the Clifford Baptist Church with Pastor Dominick Bennett officiating. Memorials may be made to Ron Brooks to be used at the family’s discretion.
