FRANK CIARAMITARO
Frank Ciaramitaro, 93, of Walnut Creek, CA, formerly of Michigan, died Sunday, January 14, 2007 in Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Walnut Creek, CA. He was born February 18, 1913 in Detroit. He married Dorothy Wentworth September 7, 1940 in Detroit. She died June 12, 1988.
Frank served in the U.S. Army. He worked for Del Monte as a Sales Executive retiring after over 37 years.
Frank is survived by his sons: Dr. David Ciaramitaro, Dr. Michael Ciaramitaro, Thomas (Wendy) Ciaramitaro; grandchildren: Thomas, Paul, Susanna, Samuel, Joanna, Rebekah Ciaramitaro; sisters: Josephine DiPietro of Sterling Heights, Antonina Maceri of Warren; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Michael Ciaramitaro in 1996; brothers: John Ciaramitaro, Anthony Ciaramitaro; sister, Frances D'Angelo.
Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 20 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with. Interment will be in Novesta Township Cemetery. Military honors under the direction of Cass City VFW Post #3644 and the US Army. Family and friends may share memories, prayers and stories with the family at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
Visitation: 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2006. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday before the service.
