EULA ANN BYERS Eula A. Byers, 88, of Silverwood, died Friday, May 7, 2004, in Marlette Community Hospital, Marlette. She was born December 28, 1915 in Cave In Rock, Illinois to Edward Bryant and Vincie Jane (Joiner) Mason. She married Arkle B. Byers in 1946. He died April 25, 1976.
Eula loved to sew, making most of her daughter’s clothes and many potholders. She enjoyed playing cards and loved spending time with her family. Eula is survived by her children: Artie (Christine) Byers of Silverwood, G.T. (Soon Ye) Mason of CA, Tammy (Albert) Terpenning of Marlette; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Myrna Turner; great granddaughter, Natalie Orr and all of her siblings: Bruce Mason, Elmer Mason, Clifford Mason, Lula Whiteside and Ella Banes.
Funeral services held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at Kranz Funeral Home, Kingston, with Rev. Richard Whittenburg of First Baptist Church of North Branch officiating. Interment is in Kingston Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Michigan Chapter, Inc. or the American Lung Association of Michigan.

2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2004
9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2004
