LEON RICHARD BUTLER,
71, of Cass City, died Saturday, February 20, 2010 in Tendercare Nursing Facility Cass City following a short illness. He was born April l7, 1938 in Detroit. He married Carolyn Warren May 7, 1976 in Caro. She died November 23, 2003.
Leon served in the U.S. Navy. He attended Colwood United Brethren in Christ Church. Leon enjoyed Karaoke, crocheting, and whistling. He loved to cook and considered himself a gourmet cook.
Leon is survived by his children: Leon R. (Cari Norris) Butler, II of Caro, Melissa (Ken) Stack of Millington; grandchildren: Stefanie, Tyler, Matthew, MaKenna, Austin, Elijah and David. He is preceded in death by his parents.
