Emma Bullock, 89, of Decker, died Thursday, May 27, 2010 in Tendercare Nursing Facility, Cass City following a brief illness. She was born April 19, 1921 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She married Ernest Bullock, June 30, 1942 in her parent’s home in Evergreen Township. He died December 26, 2008.
Emma attended Chambers Country School through the 8th grade. She loved to play the piano and would often play and sing at weddings. Emma enjoyed embroidering, quilting and sewing. She also liked feeding the birds and flower gardening.
Emma is survived by her children: Donald (Virginia) Bullock of Decker, David (Penny) Bullock of Saginaw, Dale (Fay) Bullock of Sandusky, Diane K. Bullock of Sandusky; seven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by brothers: David (Merle) Kitchen, Clarence Kitchen; sister, Donna (Fred) Profit.
Funeral service held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2010 in Kranz Funeral Home Cass City with Pastor JT Mabe officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Township Cemetery.
