EUNICE JANENE BILLS,
68, of Cass City died unexpectedly Monday, March 26, 2018 in her home. She was born April 30, 1949 to Harry and Eunice (McKenzie) Bohnsack. She married Thomas Nathaniel Bills in June of 1971.
Janene graduated from Cass City High School. She worked as bookkeeper for her husband and son’s business, Thomas Roofing. Janene was a homemaker and did a great job of keeping their home running smoothly. In the last few years, Janene and Tom wintered in Alabama for the opportunity to see the sun and feel the warmth we miss here in Michigan. Janene enjoyed her visits to the casino.
Janene is survived by her husband, Thomas; son, Dr. Michael Bills of Bad Axe; grandchildren: Michaela Bills, Sheridan Bills and Zachary Bills; brother, John (Carol) Bohnsack of Houghton Lake; sisters: Judy Surgeant of Bay City, Linda (Bob) Lukens of Mt. Pleasant, Michelle Strauss of Mt. Pleasant; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sons: Dr. Steven N. Bills, David Lee Bills; and her parents.
Funeral service held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2018 in Kranz Funeral Home, Cass City with Debra L. Kranz, Funeral Service Celebrant officiating. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery.
