CHARLES H. BESCHONER
Charlie H. Beschoner, 74, of Kingston, died Monday, March 10, 2008 in Caro Community Hospital. He was born May 15, 1933 in New Blaine, AR to Clem A. and Mary (Duelmer) Beschoner. He married Barbara E. Davis Gorczyca December 24, 1985 in Caro.
Charlie worked as a Millwright for the Power Industry. He was a member of the Millwright’s Local #1102 since 1953. He was a member of the High 12 Masonic Lodge in Detroit, the Shriners in Detroit, the Caro Moose Lodge #1049 and the Michigan Night Coon Hunters Association. Charlie loved to rabbit and coon hunt and play cards, especially Texas Hold En and Euchre.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Barbara; children: Marsha Grabill of St. Clair Shores, Jimmy C. Beschoner of Caro, James Gorczyca of Fairhaven, Lisa Gorczyca of Marlette; grandchildren: April (Brian) Salk, Angelica Williams, Donald Innes, Nicholas Gorczyca; great grandchildren: Sabrina, Kyle, Cameron, Anthony; brothers: Conrad (Maria) Beschoner of Kingston, Everett (Mary) Beschoner of Macomb; sisters: Clementine Kremer of Scranton, AR, Georgette Zimmer of Paris, AR, Celestine Lucas of Broken Arrow, OK; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Hubert Beschoner, Clem Beschoner, Casper Beschoner, Hugo Beschoner, Jerry Beschoner; sister, Cornelia Zimmer.
Memorial service held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2008 in Kranz Funeral Home Kingston with Debra L. Kranz, Funeral Service Celebrant officiating.
