NANCY JANE ANGLE
Nancy J. Angle, 67, of Deford, died after a long illness Saturday, April 15, 2006 in her home. She was born October 23, 1938 in Detroit to Elmer and Avis (Muszall) Green. She married Marshall George Angle, Sr. April 6, 1963. They recently celebrated their 43rd anniversary.
Nancy worked for Kroger grocery store in Lapeer as a clerk/cashier for 17 years. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother for nine years. Nancy raised Shetland Sheep Dogs for ten years. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and was chairman of the Altar Society.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Marshall; children: Marshall Angle, Jr. of Deford, Robert (Cynthia) Angle, Sr. of Gagetown, Jay Angle of Sandusky, Betsy Huggins of Oolawa, TN, Jody Leach of Bay City, Alan (Tamara) Angle of Madison, WI; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Ann Fairbanks of Oolawa, TN; brother, William (Helen) Green of Fenton; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2006 in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with Rev. Gerald Meyer officiating. Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Altar Society or American Cancer Society. Interment will be in Elkland Township Cemetery. Pallbearers for Mrs. Angle are: Marshall Angle, Jr., Robert Angle, Sr., Jay Angle, Alan Angle, Edward Nizzola, Bobby Angle, Jr. Family and friends may share memories, prayers and stories with the family at www.kranzfuneralhome.com.
