DONNA LEE ADAMS
Donna Lee Adams, 70, of Cass City, died unexpectedly Monday, September 19, 2016 in her home. She was born January 27, 1946 in Bad Axe to Henry and Ida (Wurdelmann) Maxwell. She married Harold Edward Adams October 12, 1963 in Sandusky, Ohio. He died February 3, 2003.
Donna worked as a loan officer for Chemical Bank in Cass City, Bay City and later in Caro. She was an active member of Cass City United Methodist Church and served with the DORCAS Society. Donna enjoyed traveling the United States with Harry. She loved the library and reading mystery and romance novels. Donna was known for making great pies.
Donna is survived by her children: Michele (John) Pasanski of Gagetown, Scott (fiancé, Nikki
Palmateer) Adams of Bad Axe; grandchildren: Nathan Pasanski, Shawn (Dawn) Pasanski, Nicole Pasanski, Olivia Adams, Hope Adams; great grandchildren: Jordan Pasanski, Skylar Pasanski; siblings: Dorothy Stahlbaum of Cass City, Glennwood Kipper of Perry, Gary (Betty) Maxwell of Caro. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Warren Pasanski and brother, Robert Schmidt.
Funeral service held Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Cass City United Methodist Church with Rev. Jackie Roe officiating. Interment is in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Cass City United Methodist Church.
